Animals/Pets: Additional small pets may be included at no extra cost. Otherwise roughly half of the equivalent character commission.

The artwork is for personal use only.*

Payment is accepted via PayPal.

The currency of the prices is set in and only accepted in EUR (€).

PayPal fees are already included in the price.

Commissions should be paid 100% upfront. Custom installment payments may be available for higher priced commissions upon request.

Do not send any money before I have agreed to give you a commission slot and requested you to send the payment.

The time it takes to finish your commission usually varies between 1-4 weeks after your slot starts. But depending on unusual factors (such as health, the complexity of the commissioned artwork, other work, time it takes to get the feedback from you and holidays) it may be subject to change.

Rush commissions will always be delivered within 5 days after payment, but you need to give fast feedback.

Once the comissioned artwork is finished and paid you will receive the unwatermarked, high resolution .PNG version, the watermarked, web friendly .JPEG version, all of the previously approved work in progress .JPEG versions and the 60 second timelapse video via a shared Dropbox link.

Note that you will only receive the finished unwatermarked version, after the entire payment is done.

I reserve the right to cancel and refund the commission at any time, for any reason.

I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.*

I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.

I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork and the creation process online, in my portfolio as well as in publications, unless specified otherwise in advance.

I reserve the right to mention you publicly in relation to the commission, unless specified otherwise in advance. Either by your first name or, if provided, by your pseudonym or social media handle on X/Instagram/other.

You always have to credit, refer or link to "Icezimy" as the creator of the commissioned artwork.

You may share the watermarked .JPEG version of the commissioned artwork on any social media platform.

You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).

You may print the artwork for personal use.

You may NOT claim the artwork as your own.

You may NOT feed the commissioned artwork into any kind of AI art generators or datasets.

You may NOT make monetary profits from the commissioned artwork (reselling, redistributing, sharing on POD-services, etc.)*

You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes (book cover, promotional art, concept art for projects, cards, etc.)*

You are not allowed a refund once I started working on the commission.

If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund (minus PayPal/ currency conversion fees).

If you cancel your commission before I started it, you can get a full refund (minus PayPal/ currency conversion fees).

If you are getting a refund, do not request a PayPal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.

If you request a PayPal chargeback at any point, you will lose all before mentioned rights to the commissioned piece. I will decline the chargeback and supply PayPal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.
